This public website provides information about Rogue Terrapin and its products. It does not currently provide user accounts, contact forms, newsletters, analytics or advertising technology.
Data controller

Information processed
- Technical server logs: information such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser information and error details may be recorded for security, reliability and diagnostics.
- Email enquiries: when you email Rogue Terrapin, the sender address, message, attachments and related correspondence are processed so the enquiry can be handled.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical information is processed to deliver and protect the website on the basis of legitimate interests. Enquiry information is processed to respond to your request, take steps at your request before entering a contract where applicable, and maintain appropriate business records.
Recipients and international transfers
Information may be processed by hosting, security and email providers acting on behalf of the controller, including Google Workspace for business email. Providers are assessed and used subject to applicable contractual and data-protection safeguards. Rogue Terrapin does not sell personal information.
Retention
Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary for security and diagnostics. Email correspondence is retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry, maintain relevant business records and meet legal obligations.
Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or objection to processing, and data portability by emailing hello@rogueterrapin.io. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
Future contact form
This policy will be reviewed before a contact form or any additional tracking or processing technology is introduced.
